Job Description

We are looking for someone who appreciates working independently with, among other things, assessment, planning, and execution of medical treatment and care interventions within the framework of municipal health and medical care. You will be responsible for individuals both within our special housing, home care, and our two LSS group homes.

The assignment also includes mentoring and teaching care staff, delegating specific health and medical care tasks, working with documentation and deviations according to applicable laws and regulations, so we would like you to feel secure in your role as a nurse.

You are proactive and responsible and have good subject competence. Naturally, you are respectful in your interactions with caring individuals and their relatives. You have the ability to work independently, carefully, and prioritize correctly. You enjoy collaboration to foster good communication and cooperation.

Qualifications: We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse.

Working hours: You will work day/evening and weekends.

Driver's license: B driver's license. Access to a company car is available.
